How do I place a pre-order for Sna’ap Chocolates?

You can place a pre-order directly through our website by selecting the desired quantity and providing your shipping details.

When will my pre-order be processed?

Pre-orders will be processed immediately, and you will receive a confirmation email. Shipping will occur once the product is ready, based on the estimated timeline provided.

Can I cancel or modify my pre-order?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your pre-order within three days of placing it. Please contact our customer service team to assist you.

Is there a limit on how many Sna’ap Chocolates I can pre-order?

Currently, there is a limit of 100 pieces per customer for pre-orders to ensure fair distribution.

Shipping:

When will my pre-order be shipped?

Your pre-order will be shipped within 14 business days after the pre-order window closes. We will notify you when your order is dispatched.

What are the shipping fees?

Shipping fees vary depending on your location. However, for this pre-order phase, delivery is available exclusively within Dubai. We are actively working with various distribution channels to bring Sna’ap bars to other cities in the near future.

If you are interested in reselling the bars in your city, we offer volume discounts. Please reach out to us at sales@chefnouelcatis.com for more details. You’ll be able to view the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your pre-order.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we are only shipping within the UAE. Please stay tuned for updates on international shipping.

Can I track my order?

While we don’t have an automated tracking system in place yet, you will receive notifications via email or WhatsApp as soon as your order has been shipped.

Storage and Care:

To preserve the quality and flavor of your Sna’ap chocolates, store them in a cool, dry place between 18-26°C. If you’re traveling, we recommend placing the chocolates in an insulated container for extra protection against temperature fluctuations.

For the best tasting experience, enjoy your chocolate slightly chilled, ideally around 5°C.

Terms and Conditions:

Refunds

Refunds for pre-orders are available within three days of placing the order, provided the product has not yet been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot offer a refund due to the perishable nature of the product.

Cancellations

You may cancel your pre-order within three days of placing the order. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp. Cancellations are not allowed once the order has been dispatched.

Changes to Order

If you wish to make any changes to your pre-order (such as adjusting quantities or updating delivery information), please reach out to us within three days of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once the order is processed for shipping, no modifications can be made.

Product Availability

All pre-orders are subject to product availability. In the rare case that we experience stock shortages, you will be notified immediately, and we will offer an alternative solution such as a revised delivery timeline or a full refund.
